PTA Meeting

Fire Alarm

Fire TruckToday A.P. Morris had a fire drill.

Approximately twenty minutes later we had another drill because a child pulled the fire alarm.

The fire department came to the school to check out the building.

Once the fire department determined it was safe, they allowed us to enter the building.

We had a good day!

Principal's Message

   Principal's Message

As everyone heads into summer, please do not forget to have your children read and practice math facts weekly. Students can often slide backwards in their knowledge if they do not keep flexing their brain!

Your child’s life can be enriched through reading. Reading is a “sport” with a 12-month season, so please ensure that your child makes it to “practice” every day.

The District Summer Reading Assignment can be found on our website.

Bee Reader "Bee a Reader" - Reading Challenge

I congratulate all of the children who participated in the Bee A Reader Book Challenge.

Unfortunately we didn’t reach our goal of 8068 books.  The children read 4449 books

Although, Ms. Lowe will not be slimed, the children that participated will be rewarded with 2 bee bucks.
