The Hillside Board of Education will provide transportation for grades Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade, to the A.P. Morris School, Union County Vo-Technical School in Scotch Plains and all eligible student the Department of Special Services.

The following information is furnished by the Transportation Department, Hillside Board of Education in order to further the understanding of the role the driver, parent , student has in providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation to and from school for all students.

Transportation shall be provided and supervised under the rules and regulations set fourth by the Bureau of Pupil Transportation and the rules and regulations of the Hillside Board of Education.

Prior to the opening of school in September, students will be assigned to a specific vehicle, and a specific bus stop. Bus passes will be mailed to students indicating route, stop, and time assignment.
