Pursuant to New Jersey law, the Board of Education shall admit to its schools free of charge those persons over five and under 20 years of age who are either "domiciled" in the district, who qualify as "affidavit pupils," or who meet any of the other requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:38-1 et. seq., N.J.A.C. 6A:17-1 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 6A:28-2 et. seq.

Any student, parent or other member of the public who provides information to the Superintendent of Schools which (1) leads to the discovery of a student(s) unlawfully attending the Hillside Public Schools under N.J.S.A. 18A:38-1 and (2) results in the disenrollment of said student(s) shall be eligible to receive a reward of $100.00 for each such student reported. The payment shall be made only following Board approval. The award shall not be made if the information is obtained by unlawful or inappropriate means.
