Superintendent's Goals Put into place a focused education system that will result in appropriate student achievement. Develop the Hillside 2 Instructional Academy. Develop a goal-focused, measurable program for all administrative staff. Develop a comprehensive special education program, resulting in superior services at a significantly reduced cost to the district and initiate a review of facilities and determine a plan to have modern facilities to support educational programs.
