To connect with the community and promote good citizenship, Assemblywoman Quijano visited GW on March 7, 2017 in honor of Women’s History Month to speak to the students about ways they can better serve their community and how each one possess the ability to make a difference George Washington School celebrates 70 Honor Roll students for Marking Period 2.
School Year 2017-2018 Information

School Uniform:  Black solid top (no prints or patterns) and khaki bottoms. Sweaters must also be solid black with no prints or patterns. No hoodies allowed.

Hours:
Grade 5 - 8:45 am to 3:05 pm
Grade 6 - 8:45 am to 3:16 pm

Arrival:  Students will enter through back parking lot on Winans Street and proceed to the gym.

Dismissal: Parents should pick students up on Leslie Street. To ensure student safety during dismissal, please do not enter on the circle driveway or pull into parking lot on Winans Street.

Breakfast:  George Washington School will participate in "Breakfast After the Bell." Students will receive a bag breakfast which they will eat in their homeroom.
