On the morning of March 26th, 2024, Ola Edwards Community School hosted a Women's History Month/Recognition celebratory event! Students from all grade levels filled the bleachers of the gymnasium alongside their teachers, as Ms. Dale-Rawls presented a few women with a certificate, and praise for their hard work at Ola Edwards Community School! Those honored today included: Principal Mrs. Davis, teachers Ms. Altenor, and Ms. Mannino, Hillside High School Secretary Mrs. Lawler, Hillside NAACP Founder Mrs. Graves-Watson, and Hillside Business Owner Mrs. King! Hillside Public Schools appreciates all of the contributions of our women within the Hillside community. Thank you, Principal Davis, Vice-Principal Diggs, and Mrs. Dale-Rawls for organizing this event.
