As part of the National Inventors Hall of Fame program, Mrs. Corrothers’ first graders designed their own “Tiny Little Houses” to explore how to reuse greywater and conserve water. Their creativity shined as they built homes with working pipe systems and water retainers for crops; what amazing young inventors! This project is part of the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) Climate Literacy for Community Resilience Grant, funded by the NJDOE Office of Climate Change Education.
