The marshmallow tower challenge was a hands-on learning experience designed to highlight the power of collaboration, problem-solving, and shared responsibility. As teams planned, tested ideas, adjusted strategies, and learned from trial and error, participants experienced firsthand how collective thinking leads to stronger outcomes than individual effort alone. This activity mirrors our instructional work, reminding us that student success is driven by intentional design, access to resources, and opportunities for meaningful engagement. By working together, sharing ideas, and learning from one another, we strengthen our collective efficacy and reinforce the belief that every student is our student.
