The culmination of assemblies occurred today (2/29/2024) and it was truly a sight to see! Our A.P. This morning, (2/26/2024) The Hillside High School Dance Ensemble, led by Ms. Love, performed at Maher Terminals for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) Black History Month Celebration! The Dance team did an outstanding job opening and closing the event, and received praise from all the officers in attendance as well as Newark Mayor, Mr. Ras Baraka, who was the keynote speaker for the event! Shoutout to Ola Edwards Community School (OECS), where Nurse Ardino and Social Worker Ms. Sanchez put together an educational program for National Children's Dental Hygiene Month, which is celebrated in February! Staff from Dr. Tina Panchal's office located in Edison, New Jersey, came to educate OECS students on the importance of oral hygiene!
