The Arcademics Cup is a free national online multiplication challenge for K-8th grade students, and it took place on February 7th, 2025! Congratulations to the Hillside High School Academic Decathlon team! The team came in fourth place in the Regional Competition, which took place on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 at West Windsor-Plainsboro South High School! Barry Louis received an Honorable Mention in Literature. Emmanuella Oluyomi received an Honorable Mention for Interview. Salimata Sy received a Bronze medal in Music. Jeremy Laryea received a Silver medal in Interview. Lastly, with seven medals is Pranay Talati, who received Bronze medals in Art, Science, Literature, Speech, and Interview; a Silver medal in Music; and a Gold medal in Economics! Benjamin Pilcik was made MVP of the team! Academic Decathlon Coaches Michael Mandy and Jacqueline Corritore would like to thank current and retired staff for volunteering at the event.
